Scientists say that advances in technology together with recent agreements between pharmaceutical companies and the World Anti-Doping Agency mean that London 2012 stands to be the cleanest Olympics yet. Vanessa Kortekaas, Olympics correspondent, looks at the progress made since the Beijing games and why more co-ordination is needed for earlier testing of athletes.
